The Tezcatlipoca Crop Tee (Pale pink) Women’s
Tezcatlipoca, one of the major central deities of our ancestors, represents a variety of concepts. Mainly, he was recognized as the “smoking mirror” or one half of duality/polarity (night/day, life/death, clarity/darkness, internal/external, memory/wisdom). He also represents our cosmic memory and ancestral memory, that which is hidden but can be revealed once we look past the illusions he represents. He is associated with the North, Saturn, black, obsidian, jaguar, war, witchcraft and thee occult. His opposite is the more well known Quetzalcoatl (the feathered serpent, wisdom), which represents the opposite of Tezcatlipoca.
The design features Tezcatlipoca wearing yellow and black war paint on his face, associated with the Jaguar, the most powerful nocturnal animal in “meso-America.” He holds a golden healer quartz cluster, a high-vibration, master crystal known to amplify intentions, and release blockages that are present. His left foot, replaced by an obsidian mirror has white and black smoke emanating from it.
For the last 5 years I’ve dreamt about creating a wearable piece of history, that not only looks and feels amazing, but aligns with the creative forces of our ancestors. As always, thank you all for the endless support.
